We enjoy supporting RE/MAX Immowest in the realization of their advertising and digital strategy. In addition to classic flyers, real estate exposés, employee portraits, newsletters and landing pages, we realized the first issue of RE/MAX Immowest News in 2022. The newspaper offers an exciting outline of the many real estate topics as well as the variety that RE/MAX Immowest offers its customers. Furthermore, the multitude of real estate offers of RE/MAX Immowest - the number 1 broker in Vorarlberg - becomes a diverse content and forms the framework of the marketing strategy, which is extended digitally in a target-oriented way.

The conceptual approach of the RE/MAX Immowest newspaper was to unite the numerous topics of the real estate world in one place. Thus we show in the first expenditure of the newspaper in the interview with Christopher Füxl deep views of the opening of the new restaurant GUK `s - the former RIO in Feldkirch. Here Mr. Füxl tells about the motives of the opening and why Reinhard Goetze, managing director RE/MAX Immowest was the ideal partner to find the suitable trade real estate. However, the newspaper also offers the perfect space to present new projects such as Jug Apartments and the Aparthotel Brand. Through the newly designed landing page, potentially interested parties can be informed about the projects and make a good impression of the properties in advance. In addition, the first leads can be generated through the newspaper.

A central component are however naturally the Exposés and advertisements. Since RE/MAX Immowest is the expert for real estate switching in the whole country, these may not be missing in the newspaper of course. The newspaper is rounded off with the conception of the employees and partners. The team of RE/MAX Immowest captivates by authority and service and we could give thereby the possibility to the diligent employees of presenting itself.

Digital transofmation

For the Aparthotel Brand and Jug Apartments projects shown in the newspaper, we extended the digital arm using landing pages. This extension made it possible to show the prospective buyer an even clearer picture of the property. We therefore worked extensively with images on the landing page for better emotionalization, which stimulates the prospect's imagination. The prospective customer can see on the respective Landingpage however not only more pictures and details, but can also send a direct inquiry to RE/MAX Immowest. Through the integrated contact function, we were able to generate a centralized inquiry channel, which optimally supports the RE/MAX Immowest team.

The landing page was generally conceptualized with the mobile first approach due to the defined digital extension. In the mobile first approach, the mobile process is worked out first in the conception process and desktop in the second step. Thus, based on the mobile first approach, the screen design concept is first defined for all smartphone users and in step two for all Mac and PC users.
